Coin struck at Rome mint, and depicts his laureate head right, IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG around. The back depicts Salus seated left feeding serpent entwined around altar/ P M TR P COS III, SAL AVG below. A fantastic and wearable jewelry piece!
