Being offered today is an EXTREMLY RARE HIGH GRADE ERROR 1995 $ 1 Federal Reserve Cleveland note!! This note is graded by PCGS in 64 Very Choice New.

For some reason the person on the printing press did not insert the sheet of notes, and this is what caused the back of the note to be blank.

The note is missing the entire printing of the back. This is called the “First Printing Error”. The first printing is when the BEP prints the back.

ONLY 1% OF NOTES PRINTED BY THE BUREAU OF ENGRAVING AND PRINTING (BEP) ARE ERROR NOTES. OF THAT ONLY 1% ARE PUT INTO CIRCULATION BECAUSE THE QUALITY CONTROL DOESN’T CATCH THEM. OF THAT, ONLY 1% ARE ACTUALLY RECOGNIZED BY THE PUBLIC.
