LangeTwins respects the land their vineyards grow on. Their understanding and connection to nature gives their wine its foundation and individuality. Distinct soil and climate coupled with responsible farming practices highlight the character of each vintage from LangeTwins' generational farm in Lodi, California.

Opening with an inviting classic Cabernet Sauvignon note of dark cherry, the smooth aroma of 2016 Midnight Reserve joins rich dark berry and cassis on the palate. A lush texture from oak aging is supported by resolved tannins that lead to a long finish of savory Belgian chocolate with a hint of spice. It is an elegant Bordeaux blend with character that develops with every sip.

By knowing the strengths of each vineyard, LangeTwins has distinguished which blocks are ideal for Midnight Reserve. The 2016 vintage is from five of LangeTwin's vineyards: Cabernet Sauvignon from Thirty Eight & Railroad (Jahant Appellation), Petit Verdot from River Ranch (Jahant Appellation), Malbec from Rose 2 (Clements Hills Appellation), and Cabernet Franc from Miller (Clarksburg Appellation).
