Filibuster Bottled in Bond Bourbon Whiskey is the result of our passion to create the ultimate bourbon. The term “bottled in bond” has long represented the highest quality Whiskey and our bourbon is no exception. This limited-release Bourbon is crafted using the finest Shenandoah Valley grains and water which represents Virginia in a bottle.

Tasting Notes:

Age : 5 years
Proof : 100
Color : Golden Amber
Aroma: Sweet and floral on the nose with notes of espresso, tea, honey and orange peel.
Taste : Smooth, warm and sweet with a subtle rye spice note; caramel and honey mingle with just enough oak and char to round out the richness which is chewy and oak.
Finish : The character correspondingly shifts to drier notes of pipe tobacco, walnut. As they fade a little more fruit emerges, around rhubarb jam.
Sipping Suggestion: Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks or as the base to a great cocktail.
