The traditional Crown Royal is a bountiful blend of 50 different whiskies that are married harmoniously into a single expression. This Crown Royal Hand Selected Barrel is a break from the norm, allowing connoisseurs to experience the foundation of one of the most famous whiskies in the world, the cornerstone of their classic blend: their Coffey Rye.

This hand-selected barrel is drawn exclusively from whisky produced using Crown Royal’s enormous “Coffee Rye” still, which is distilled to a lower ABV and aged for seven years in virgin oak barrels. This whisky is less oak-forward than you’d expect from a single barrel, rather it is heavy on notes of sweet baked goods, nutty flavors, and caramelized fruits. The finish is quite long and smooth.
